How Do I Pay For Sponsorship Or Additional Players?
If you have not previously paid for sponsorship, you may do so here. There are opportunities for non-player sponsorships as well should your company wish a greater presence at the event such as product, golf cart, and golf hole sponsorships.
We Have Less Than Four Players. How Are Teams Determined?
Our staff will pair your team with other players to create a full four-person team. This will be done prior to the event in most cases or may occur during registration the morning of the tournament.
I Might Have An Additional Player. Can I Pay At The Event?
Yes. We will be accepting payments in the form of cash, checks, and credit cards. Please note: space is limited for this event. We will try to accommodate last minute players, however we may not be able to due to limited openings. We encourage you to register prior to the event for this reason.
Can I Buy Raffle Tickets Or Mulligans At The Event?
Yes. We will be accepting payments in the form of cash, checks, and credit cards. Note: There is a limit of one mulligan per player.
What Is The Policy For Inclement Weather?
In the case of inclement weather, the golf tournament will be rescheduled for TBA. The announcement to reschedule will be made at 9am the morning of September 29th via this website, and an email will be sent to the registered team captain. Please ensure we have the correct email address for this purpose.

What Is Your Refund Policy?
We hope you will still support us in making a difference through your donation with or without plans to play in the tournament. However, we understand things happen! Please contact us via phone or email, and we will be happy to arrange your refund. Note: Cancellations after September 1st will not be refunded.
